Iced Gingerbread Latte

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. espresso or strongly brewed coffee, chilled
  • 1 ½ oz. gingerbread simple syrup
  • 6 oz. whole milk or dairy/dairy alternative of your choice

Instructions

  • Fill a tall glass with ice.
  • Pour espresso and simple syrup into glass.
  • Fill the glass the rest of the way with milk. Stir and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use this recipe as a starting point, but feel free to adjust based on your tastes. Add less espresso for a milkier drink, more syrup for a sweeter drink, etc.
