Ingredients
- 6 cups pita chips
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 6.5 oz-can Snow’s® Chopped Clams
- 1 finely chopped jalapeño
- 2 strips crispy bacon, crumbled
- ¼ cup finely chopped tomatoes
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees and place a piece of parchment paper on a small rimmed baking sheet (I recommend 10×7″).
- Spread pita chips in an even layer on baking sheet.
- Sprinkle both cheeses over the top and evenly distribute chopped clams and diced jalapeño.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle crispy bacon and diced tomatoes over the top.
