Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped mostly white meat chicken (can use rotisserie chicken)
- ½ cup thinly sliced fennel
- ½ cup chopped apple
- 5 strips crispy bacon, crumbled
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Add chicken, fennel, apple, bacon, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to a large bowl and toss to combine.
- Keep chicken salad in an airtight container in fridge until ready to eat.
Notes
- Chicken salad should keep in fridge for 3-4 days.
